Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-driven Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a servant leader at heart: someone who is personable, dependable, emotionally intelligent, and takes pride in doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be a key team member and play a critical role in delivering the “white glove” experience our customers have come to expect. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people throughout the day, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and naturally brings warmth, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction. Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email, and walk-ins
- Deliver concierge-level customer service and support
- Assist with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general service requests
- Schedule appointments for licensed team members through proactive outreach
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction
- P&C License (must be able to obtain)
- L&H License (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
